  We sold our property through these agents. We were promised the world, by two confident sales agents/company directors, yet under delivered. Had to be prompted at each stage what to do. Were not proactive. Stuffed up basic, standard real estate milestones.

  We have just had a fabulous experience in re renting our property out in Kogarah through the Professional Montgomery Group, Kogarah. In particular, we were very impressed withe excellent service and support that was extended to us by Alana Kean and Peter Ay throughout this process. Their efforts allowed us to re-rent our property in a very short time with quality residents. It was a Win for the new residents, Win for us and a Win for The Professional Montgomery Group, Kogarah.

  And their "rate my agent" data is flawed. I was never asked to provide feedback, given it took them about 8 weeks to sell our place after a failed auction with no registered bidders (given they know how badly they dealt with our property). So beware of glowing feedback on such services.

  I agree, the staff is very rude, no phone manner, she told me that "I cannot answer as I am only a receptionist !!!!!" And then, I did not reckon that she is going to gimme any possible solutions. Look, my question was about my housing electricity faulty. Therefore, that is about their job.

  We can certainly recommend all investors of rental properties to contact Peter or Alana at the Montgomery Property Group Kogarah if you want quality property management at an affordable price. We have been renting out properties for over 30 years and have never experienced the above defined service and support.

  In a hot market, any monkey can sell a property. Montgomery proved that they must advertise and wait for the clients to come to them. With a slight change to the market conditions, our main agent seized and was unable to get clients.

  When signing with them, ensure your contact terms end on auction date so you are not stuck with them when they fail to sell.
