  Day 1 & 2 Thursday night and Friday morning Surgery then ICU, waiting to get into visit family, got in finally nurse very helpful, Nurses Jade on night shift & Katherine morning shift very attentive.

  From all the prenatal appointments to giving birth to my daughter, every nurse, midwife, anesthesist, dr was so caring patient, compassionate, warm. I felt like I was the only one there as they were so supportive. I was so nervous having my first child and each staff member I came into contact with made me feel so important and looked after. I really thought that public hospitals were a dive, but the whole department/s were so caring - I actually miss all the nurses midwives and receptionists etc. I didn't want to go home early when i was given the option. I felt like they really cared! Even when I asked silly questions, etc, they heard me and aswered it with kindness and respect. Hats off to all these departments. I want to do it all again!! :)

  All the pediatricians and nurses there are so knowledgeable, compassionate and caring.

  2 years ago, this place was my worst hell. Suffered and still have emotional trauma from this experience. Filed a complaint but it never went through.

  I give five stars ONLY for the delivery suite, special care nursery & children's ward- and all the drs and nurses who work in an extension to the named places.
